Finding the Help You Deserve

Integrative psychotherapy grounded in curiosity, connection, and your unique lived experience.

Life is complex, and you don’t have to make sense of it alone. This is a compassionate space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and feel heard and understood. You don’t need the right words to begin—you’re welcome here just as you are.

Hi there!

My practice offers a collaborative, thoughtful space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your inner world—without pressure to “fix” yourself.

Grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, my work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for who you’ve been, who you are, and who you’re becoming. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and patterns shape your present life, gently uncovering what may be operating beneath the surface.

Therapy is shaped around your unique history, needs, and goals, and is offered in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming way that honours your nervous system, pace, and lived experience. This work is not about quick solutions, but about creating meaningful, lasting change through deeper self-understanding and insight into longstanding patterns.
